End score: 27-3
I'll start of with the positive things.
- Being good losers.
Every beginning is hard. If we lose the first 2-3-5-10 matches, it doesn't matter.
We kept in mind that this is a teamgame and we all lost. No need to be
mad at eachother.
- Friendly team and fair play.
We kept being friendly and showed patient to the other team's problems (pause the game).
Also in the and we all said good game and kept being friendly towards our opponents. I
personaly think this is what sX is about. Fair and friendly team that tries to gain
experience by taking this chance.
- Listening.
When a caller said something, most of the time we listened. Atleast we played
as a team and didn't force our opinions by dealing with it on our own. This wasn't
always the case in the beginning, but we dealt with it afterwards.
Things we need to improve:
- Discuss the tactics up front.
Make sure everyone agrees with the positions people play on. This way we know who dies and
plays where.
- Keep calling when dead.
When somebody dies, leave the rage. Tell your teammates where you died and
how many teammates are at that position.
- Play as a team and keep using your brain.
Look at it as a teamgame, this isn't a public server. Don't block or run in front
of your teammates. If you can do damage to an enemy, rather do damage than
try and get the perfect kill. Your teammates will take care of the guy with low-hp then.
- Only one caller
Discuss up front who will call. Also obey that caller at all time. Suggestions are welcome
before the match, during the match they are not welcome anymore.
Sometimes we have people calling who don't even have the 'skill' to call. Again, suggestions
are welcome, but in the match we need to listen to one captain and stick to this.
- Help teammates in a calm way.
When you spotted something (while dead and speccing) your teammate didn't spot.
You are allowed to help him by telling the position of the object/person you have
spotted. Do this in a calm way. This way your teammate can still hear what is happening
around him AND he will be able to react in a fast, non-chaotic way.
Also mention the name of the person you are talking to. This to avoid misunderstandings.
- Do not awp with the bomb.
Simple as that. Wanna peak, go ahead. Just don't get your other
teammates into a difficult situation.
- Bomb never rushes first, nor goes on his own.
You cannot rush first when carrying the bomb. Also never go on your own.
This counts for every player, also people without the bomb. The only time
we make an exception, is when the tactics tell you to.
If you got any things to improve on, even tactical wise, feel free to add them.
I post this to get better as a team. This is not an attack to anyone, because I have
the feeling some people take tips and critics as an insult. While we can all improve
eachother in a way...
If you do not agree with something, okay. If you do agree, make sure you think
about it in the next war. Nobody can lose in this.
